Josiah was born in Newcastle and relocated to New England in 2015.
He commenced with Everingham Solomons in 2019 and acted as a paralegal for our Personal Injury department for several years prior to being admitted as a solicitor in 2024. He has appeared on behalf of his clients at the Local Court, NSW Supreme Court and the Personal Injury Commission.
Josiah’s area of practice is Personal Injury Law and is inclusive of the following:
- Workers Compensation;
- Death Benefit Claims; and
- Historical Abuse Claims.
He is a keen film and history buff and has long attempted in vain to improve his ailing golf performance.
