Joanna was admitted as a Solicitor in 2010 and joined Everingham Solomons in 2024. Previously, Joanna worked in the property team at a commercial law firm in Sydney and in local law firms in Tamworth.

Joanna lives with her husband and their three young children on their property at Wallabadah. Joanna works from the Quirindi office on Thursday and Friday and from the Tamworth office on Monday and Wednesday.
