The Role
Work across a variety of matters including:
- Residential, commercial & rural property transactions
- Retail, commercial & rural leasing
- Small business sales & purchases
- Contracts
- Estate Planning and probate
- Drafting & legal research
About You
- Minimum 1.5 years PAE
- Strong skills in property, business law, contracts
- Proficient in PEXA and InfoTrack
- Excellent communication, drafting and client-management skills
- Desire to serve our clients and grow a client base
- A high level of organisational & problem-solving skills
- An eye for detail
- Interest in future Specialist Accreditation or postgraduate study
