Legal Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated legal administrator. Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not necessary for this full-time position.

Everingham Solomons is a leading law firm, providing high-quality legal services to northern New South Wales since 1872. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of law, including conveyancing, business law and estates.

Daily duties for the Administrator may include:

• Typing correspondence, preparing court documents & other legal documents
• Transcription from dictation
• Conducting property searches
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Opening and closing files
• Diary and email management
• Billing
• Coordinating the lodgement of documents
• Creating and editing documents
• Compiling briefs
• General administrative duties such as faxing, photocopying, scanning & printing
