Terry was admitted as a solicitor in 1979 and has been a proprietor of Everingham Solomons since 1982.
Terry's extensive experience, and peer and industry respect resulted in his appointment as an assessor with the Claims Advisory and Resolution Service by the Motor Accidents Authority in 2003. In this role, he regularly assesses damages for those injured in motor vehicle accidents.
A nationally accredited mediator, Terry has attended post-accreditation courses at Harvard Law School, Boston, USA.
He is a regular speaker at the NSW State Legal Conference and has presented at the Personal Injury Specialist Annual Conference.
Terry has been involved with Tamworth's Conservatorium of Music since 1983, holding positions on the steering committee and as chairman of the conservatorium's trust fund, the Foundation for Musical Education.
A member of the NSW Farmers Association, Terry has a close affinity with the rural sector and operates a beef cattle enterprise on the family farm.

Ken was admitted as a solicitor in 1980 and has been a proprietor of Everingham Solomons since 1985. Ken has been a director since the practice was incorporated in 2005.
A public notary and accredited specialist in business law, Ken has extensive knowledge of business structuring, trusts, taxation, property, and estate and business succession planning.
Ken is married with three children and has a keen interest in all things business-related.

An accredited specialist in property law, Terry has extensive knowledge of property sales and purchases, business sales and purchases, debt recovery, leasing, insolvency, property subdivision and development, and commercial law and contracts.
He was born and raised in Coffs Harbour and is married with three children.

mark grady

Mark was admitted as a solicitor in 1998, and joined Everingham Solomons in 2000. He was appointed senior associate in 2002 and director in 2009.
Mark specialises in litigation.
He originates from Wagga Wagga and is married with four young children.

Jenni was admitted as a solicitor in 1998 and joined Everingham Solomons the following year. She is an accredited specialist in family law and has extensive experience in property law and wills and estates.
Jenni, whose father and brother are also legal practitioners, is a member of the Family Law Council.

The Directors and staff were saddened by the unexpected passing of Mark Johnson on 22 February 2013. Mark was highly respected by both his clients and work colleagues alike. Mark had a substantial impact on our office during the period he worked here both with the friendships he made and the expertise and experience he was able to provide his clients. Mark will be sadly missed by all who knew and worked with him.
