Melissa Swain, who originates from the Gunnedah area, joined Everingham Solomons in September 2007.

Melissa graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2004.  Melissa thereafter worked for a period in Sydney in the area of Taxation for a large accounting firm, before moving to a specialist Family Law Firm in Sydney.

Melissa is now a member of the Family Law and Litigation team at Everingham Solomons.  She assists her clients in all aspects of Family Law matters, including children and property issues, as well as undertaking Local Court work in Criminal and Civil matters.
